White Drapery

White Drapery began as a simple exploration of plaster and fabric- an attempt to see how something soft could take on a more solid, sculptural form. As I worked, the piece naturally shifted, and the folds of the fabric settled into clean, graceful lines. It shows how quiet forms can still hold a sense of movement. The firmness of the plaster and the softness of the drapery meet in a calm balance, reminding us that beauty often appears where opposites meet.
